RESERVATION POLICY:<\/strong>
\nAll bookings are held for 10 minutes after the booking time, and the table is then released on a first-come, first-served basis.
\nA 12.5% service fee (tips) will be added to tables of 10 or more.
\n<\/strong>For large bookings, a deposit may be required.
\nIf you are having a birthday party, and would like to bring a cake – there is a R100 charge per cake.<\/p>\n

RUGBY AND OTHER SPORTING EVENTS:<\/strong>
\nAll reservations for Rugby games (and other specified events) require a R200 deposit per person. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited against your bill, pro-rata per person attending \u2013 Example: If you book for 10 people, and only 4 arrive, then R800 will be credited towards your bill. The remaining R1,200 will cover the empty seats. The deposit does not cover tips, which must be paid in addition to the bill.<\/p>\n

ANIMALS & PETS:<\/strong>
\nThe Blind Tiger is animal and pet friendly. We have a resident cat – Charlie – and all other animal visitors are welcome who follow the same rules as all our guests: as long as you don\u2019t disturb others, you\u2019re welcome. <\/p>\n

NO CORKAGE<\/strong>
\nWe work hard to provide an interesting food and drinks menu, and do not allow any outside food or drink to be consumed at the Blind Tiger.<\/p>\n

BOOKINGS \u2013 TERMS & CONDITONS<\/strong>
\nAny booking fees paid \u2013 deposits or event tickets \u2013 are non-refundable. If a booking is made for 8 people and only 4 arrive, the open 4 seats cannot be credited to the bill, or a future booking. The purpose of advance fees is to confirm the number of bookings. We do not refund these bookings as the seats cannot be resold at the last minute.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
\n<\/strong>By entering the Blind Tiger Caf\u00e9, you:
\nEnter entirely at your own risk;
\nConsent to our use of cameras and recording equipment and understand that such recordings may be utilized against you in the event of the suspicion of a commission of an offence;
\nConsent to photography or videography that may be used for promotional purposes;
\nConsent to having your person and effects searched on entry and \/ or exit;
\nConsent to leaving the premises at any time if requested; for inappropriate behaviour, breaching the Blind Tiger Caf\u00e9\u2019s rules, and \/ or for any other lawful reason; and to being physically removed if you fail to comply with such request;
\nUndertake not to bring any food or alcohol onto the premises;
\nAgree that the Blind Tiger Caf\u00e9 is not responsible for lost or stolen items;
\nIndemnify and hold the Blind Tiger Caf\u00e9, its owners, management and staff, harmless as to any damages, whether general or special, sustained by you or any third party in respect of whom you may have a claim, howsoever arising, including as a result of the Blind Tiger Caf\u00e9\u2019s negligence; whether as to life, limb or property; and including any consequential loss, loss of income, loss of support and \/ or loss of the amenities of life;
